Ingridients Chicken and Olive Pasta with Crispy Breadcrumbs Recipes
- 1 pack fresh Sacla’ Trofie pasta
- 1 pack fresh Sacla’ Olive & Tomato Sauce or 1 jar Sacla’ Italian Tomato & Olive Sauce
- 150g (5oz) cooked chicken, shredded
- 3tbsp Sacla’ Fiery Chilli Pangrattato (breadcrumbs)*
- chopped parsley, to serve
Methodes to make Chicken and Olive Pasta with Crispy Breadcrumbs
- Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, then stir through the sauce and chicken with 1tbsp of the cooking water. Season, divide between bowls arid top with the crispy breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
Pangrattato is crunchy, flavoursome breadcrumbs, often used in Southern Italy as an alternative to Parmesan cheese.
